Chef Vanda’s Secret Garden

There are few things as satisfying as preparing a spectacular feast using aromatic and delicious herbs such as lemon verbena, lemon sage and flowering chive collected from my own herb garden. This year we bought a large pot specifically for my own organic herbs. On our sun deck we decided to grow our own heirloom vegetables. This year, we chose tomatoes, cauliflower, various hot peppers, swiss chard and brussel sprouts. Here’s a bunch of pictures from the beginning of the season.
