Studies have shown, fresh organic produce reduces the occurrence of allergic reactions, of increased vitamin absorption and reduced exposure to pesticides. Quite frankly, I prefer fresh organic fruits and vegetables because they taste much better.

Food Allergies and Intolerances
True food allergies come in various forms. It can be a slight case such as a headaches or a rash to a certain product to some causing severe reactions, including death. Since there is no cure for food allergies, treatment starts and ends with avoidance. Food allergy sufferers must keep a strict eye on ingredient labels and always find out the facts from restaurant kitchens.
Wheat-free / Gluten-free
A gluten-free diet means avoiding all products that contain wheat, rye and barley, or any of their derivatives. Many people may benefit from a gluten-free diet including people concerned about: low carbohydrate dieting, wheat allergies, gluten intolerance and/or celiac disease. This is a very difficult task as there are many hidden sources of gluten found in the ingredients of many processed foods.
Dairy free and Lactose Intolerant
Lactose intolerant is the bodies inability to process milk sugars. Cheese, butter, yogurt, cream, sour cream, and ice cream, unless specifically formulated to be dairy-free, contain milk. Milk is also present in many types of processed food. Chef Vanda will create your meals according to your specific diet needs without the use of milk or milk by-products.
Weight-loss and Maintenance
Atkins, South Beach, Low Fat / High Fiber – Chef Vanda will create a suggested menu based on your input from client questionnaire. From then on all you have to do is sit back and chef Vanda will take care of the rest. No calorie counting, no weighing and measuring, you won’t have to deal with complicated recipes or long hours preparing bland flavorless food, just enjoy a tasty wholesome meal.
Heart Healthy, Cancer restrictions and HIV
Chef Vanda will work closely with your doctor and nutritionist to prepare foods according to your special dietary needs.
Chef Vanda has clients that require a heart healthy diet. She has compiled a large collection of heart healthy recipes that are great tasting and a culinary delight.
Vegetarian, Vegan and Semi-Vegetarian
Whether you are a new vegetarian or a seasoned vegan, your taste buds will tingle with every bite. Each meal is prepared with your specific taste in mind, if you like onions but no green peppers then your dish will have onions and no peppers.
